Our schedule, with a mix of five 30 minute presentation segments and several opportunities to visit the nearby Exhibitor Booths, provides for optimum networking time with prospective investors at your booth.

Your presentation would be 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of Q&A which will be moderator assisted, for a total time of 30 minutes.

Ross Glen Hall

Ross Glen Hall is divided into three sound-proof rooms by air walls that descend from the ceiling with 100 seats each, at round tables.

Sample Booth

Table 5’ x 2’ with black linens. Space approximately 10’ x 10’. Each booth room will have an “anchor” company to draw in attendees.

Breakout Rooms

Breakout rooms for 30 minute presentations have 40 seats in a classroom style. Room attendants assist with A/V and crowd control.
